We brought artist managers, coaches and communications officers together to discuss challenges and opportunities in artist management in Burundi.
Managers Connect: Backstage Talk focused on the challenges and opportunities of artist management in Burundi and on the manager’s strategic role in the music sector.
Participants discussed collaboration across the music industry, building managers’ skills, transparent contract practices and ways to better structure the sector. They shared experience and formulated recommendations for the profession.
