We organised a business-planning workshop in Gitega for women from cooperatives and associations in Bujumbura, Gitega and Rumonge.
Planning and selling products
With support from AFSC Burundi, the workshop ran from 27 February to 1 March 2025. Participants came from cooperatives and associations in Bujumbura, Gitega and Rumonge.
Participants worked on choosing products to market, planning projects, promoting products, setting suitable prices and selecting places to sell. They represented agriculture, livestock, crafts, sewing and food processing. The organisers encouraged them to share what they learned with others.
