More than 50 children received school materials through the Abana Bacu 2025 programme.

October 2025

Ahead of the 2025 school year, more than 50 children from families supported by Ingiro Action Center received school materials.

The support encouraged mothers to stay involved in their children’s education, to follow their school progress and to encourage their aspirations.

The programme also spoke to the pressure household work can place on mothers. Its message was that domestic work should not prevent women from developing or supporting their children’s education.

The activity encouraged mothers to stay involved in children's education throughout the school year.
