Our Director General took part in the annual music market with support from an Africalia mobility scholarship.
Our Director General, Yvette Ihorimbere, joined other cultural actors in Rabat, Morocco, for the festival’s professional programme.
Visa for Music brings together artists and music professionals, including managers, producers, broadcasters, event programmers, festival organizers, labels and distributors. The event offers a place to exchange experience, build networks and explore opportunities to present and promote music. For cultural actors in Burundi, mobility can create ways to discover other markets and make connections beyond the country. Africalia’s Director General, Dorine Rurashitse, was among the participants at this edition.
